Program Coordinator

trak group is partnering with a mission-driven public service organization to find a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support local families on their path to financial independence—connecting them to valuable resources like job training, education, and even homeownership. This is a community-focused role where your work truly matters.

This full-time, onsite role is based in Cincinnati, OH, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do:
  • Interview families and develop personalized action plans to help them reach long-term goals
  • Guide participants through the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program and track progress
  • Refer families to local services like childcare, employment programs, and financial literacy support
  • Manage monthly participant savings (escrow) accounts and review performance annually
  • Handle housing tasks such as rent updates, voucher moves, and recertifications
  • Organize monthly workshops and community events like homeownership fairs
  • Maintain relationships with local partners and service agencies
  • Create program materials including newsletters, flyers, and resource guides
  • Present the program to new families during weekly briefings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in community outreach, public service, or nonprofit coordination
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of assisted housing programs and local social services is a plus
  • A proactive, compassionate approach and a growth mindset
