Responsibilities include:
- Provide daily management and operation of the program, ensuring services align with agency standards.
- Offer administrative and clinical supervision to program staff, facilitating quality care delivery.
- Oversee program budget, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Manage risk and safety concerns, staying abreast of policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain partnerships within the community, fostering a culture of learning and support.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensure as Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience managing behavioral health programming and staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
