Program Supervisor (IHBT)
trak group is partnering with a mission-driven behavioral health organization to find a Program Supervisor for their growing IHBT team. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed clinical professional to step into leadership without needing a supervisory designation, offering flexibility, growth, and the chance to make a direct impact without carrying a caseload.

Location: Primarily Clermont County, OH (with oversight in Hamilton and Adams Counties)
Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (evening hours/on-call support as needed)

Pay: $70,000 – $75,000 annually

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IHBT program.
- Supervise and support a team of four: two clinicians and two care coordinators.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, including on-call backup.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio’s Fidelity Model for IHBT services.
- Collaborate with community partners, agencies, and families to advocate for client needs.
- Assist in program planning, staff training, and credentialing.
- Master’s degree in a human services-related field.
- LPCC or LISW licensure in good standing.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience working with children and families.
- Preferred: 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and ability to pass background clearances.
- Strong leadership skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting clinical teams.
