- Develop project scopes, timelines, and plans in coordination with engineering and production
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor changes in project scope and proactively mitigate risk
- Communicate with stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with purchasing to source materials and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain digital project documentation in alignment with the quality system
- Represent customer needs and quality expectations internally
- Support safe and efficient electrical work practices in production
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent project management experience
- 3+ years in project management—electrical assembly or testing preferred
- Experience with gas turbines, rotating equipment, or power generation a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, P&IDs, and mechanical/electrical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and multi-level BOMs
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Primarily office-based with frequent exposure to manufacturing floor
- Must follow all safety guidelines when in production areas
