Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all development and construction aspects of assigned project(s)
- Procure contractors and resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary considerations
- Coordinate with other departments to determine project scope and budget requirements
- Review designs and drawings to ensure compliance with codes and technical requirements
- Organize and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Enforce safety standards on construction sites
- Control change order and claims processes
- Assist with zoning and permit requirements
- Conduct job site inspections and maintain accurate documentation
What you need to succeed:
- 10 years of verifiable construction management experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards
- Excellent computer systems skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
