Are you looking for a role with room to grow and a team that values collaboration? This Project Manager position offers a chance to work in a beautiful office, alongside a supportive group of professionals, with great benefits including a strong 401k match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and sales staff inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, quotations, and order status
- Coordinate activities with internal departments, vendors, and delivery services to ensure timely product delivery
- Verify order accuracy, provide follow-up, and maintain organized project files
- Access, update, and manage customer databases efficiently
- Approve projects for invoicing and support bid preparation and client meetings
- Perform special projects and adapt to business needs as conditions change
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (project coordinator or CSR experience preferred)
- Industry experience in furniture is a plus
- High-energy individual capable of keeping up in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Opportunity to grow into a sales role in the future
