Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Permanent
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at our Cincinnati location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets;identify resources needed.
- Coordinate and manage project team members, ensuring successful project execution.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.G., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
