Responsibilities include:
- Lead New Product Development projects, focusing on household brands.
- Conduct project planning sessions with managers and develop project schedules and standardized timelines.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and R&D to define project scope and design.
- Lead weekly meetings and communicate methods that drive product execution and completion.
- Report project updates and risks to leadership.
- Maintain documentation as required by the stage-gate development process, including Idea, Scoping, Business Case, Announce, and Ship stages.
What you need to succeed:
- 3-4 years of project management experience, ideally within a CPG/FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, with a focus on follow-up and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams including Marketing, Finance, and R&D to keep projects on track.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
