Responsibilities include:
- Assist in bidding new projects and assembling proposals.
- Establish project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Manage design coordination, permits, and project subcontracts.
- Familiarize with owner contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Control project costs, manage changes, and report estimated gross margins.
- Complete owner invoicing, communicate project information, and track shop drawings.
- Maintain project records and facilitate project close-out procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in Commercial Construction and "Ground Up" projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and exposure to large construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Projects).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and experience leading ERP transformations.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
