Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer and sales team inquiries, including product selection, pricing, quotations, order status, and resolving complaints or shortages.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and delivery services to coordinate the timely delivery and installation of office furniture.
- Order Management: Verify the accuracy of orders, follow up as needed, and maintain detailed and organized project files.
- Database Management: Update and manage the customer database, tracking all project details and communication.
- Financial Approvals: Approve projects for invoicing and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Client Interaction: Prepare bids, attend client meetings, and support the sales team with project-related needs.
- Special Projects: Take on special assignments as business conditions evolve, demonstrating a commitment to the organization’s core values.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (Project Coordinator or CSR experience from an office furniture dealership or related industry is highly preferred).
- High energy and the ability to keep up with a fast-moving sales team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
