- Manage a property portfolio, including elderly, family, and/or scattered-site housing.
- Ensure timely rent collection and consistent lease enforcement among all tenants.
- Conduct daily rounds on the property, including individual house calls for lease compliance.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget for property management sites.
- Market units to prospective tenants and perform housekeeping inspections.
- Conduct annual inspections on all units and initiate eviction procedures when necessary.
- Collect rent, assess special charges, and enforce rent collection policies consistently.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints, initiate programs for the resident community, and provide Gold Standard customer service.
- Collaborate with maintenance and modernization staff to ensure property upkeep and curb appeal.
- Supervise property management staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of recent experience as a Property Manager or Hospitality Manager.
- BA degree.
- Strong administrative or property management experience.
- Logical, non-emotional, friendly, and engaging personality.
- Experience working with a diverse range of customers.
