Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Mon-Fri 2p-10: 15p with some Saturdays based on business needs.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (2nd Shift) - Contract
Location: Batavia, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a contract position on the 2nd shift at our Batavia, Ohio facility. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications through thorough inspections and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies found during inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in quality control or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Contract Details:
- This is a temporary contract position with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
