Quality Control Inspector
What you need to succeed:
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in Quality inspection of electronic components and in-process inspection of electronic printed circuit boards and assemblies
- 0-3 years’ experience with drawings and use standard measuring tools/instruments
- Ability to use basic arithmetic including decimals and fractions
- Technical school certification or equivalent experience in electronic Quality Inspection
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Basic computer skills required for data entry
- Ability to lift various items up to 50 lbs in weight
- Inspect dress boxes per company standards
- Inspect painted top and bottom castings per company standards
- Inspect electronic circuit boards for damaged or missing parts
- Serialize boards and place in kits for production
- Record kits in database
- Write Non-Conforming Reports and return parts that are defective
- Assist in Receiving and Shipping as needed
- Privately held company
