Are you a Quality Control Supervisor seeking an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, implement high-impact food safety programs, and ensure top-tier product quality? Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for food safety programs and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement laboratory processes and ensure effective testing practices.
- Communicate with internal teams to align operations with food safety and production specifications.
- Collaborate with Corporate Quality teams to apply and implement quality policies.
- Lead, train, and support a team of Quality Control Technicians to maintain consistent high standards.
- Investigate food safety incidents and perform root cause analyses, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC22000, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, food safety, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in GMPs, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
- Knowledge of laboratory practices, including method development and validation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- PCQI certification.
- Prior experience with analytical lab management.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, including ISO certifications.
