trak group is working with a growing manufacturing company to find a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support production operations. This role offers hands-on experience in auditing, troubleshooting, and process improvement within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Audit production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, verify accuracy, and perform sampling.
- Support production teams by verifying numbers and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with control plans and collaborate with managers to address quality concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, keeping production lines moving efficiently.
- Document and input quality data, working closely with the engineering team to resolve discrepancies.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment (open to recent grads with the right mindset).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct audits accurately.
- High-level communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and troubleshoot effectively.
