They’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain rigorous quality systems from product realization through shipment. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of ISO and AS standards and the leadership skills to influence quality at every level of the organization.

- Lead compliance efforts across ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and S-1000 quality systems
- Oversee product quality from start to finish, ensuring adherence to ISO, AS, and GE S-1000 standards
- Act as the Management Representative for quality systems and audits
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and dock audits
- Manage nonconformance investigations, corrective/preventive actions, and RMAs
- Maintain calibration programs and oversee documentation, including digital project build books
- Facilitate project kickoff, closeout, and weekly internal meetings
- Monitor quality-related risks during proposals and throughout execution
- Coordinate customer and supplier quality communications
- Provide ongoing training on quality systems and procedures
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced training or technical schooling preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a quality-focused role, with leadership responsibilities
- AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and GE S-1000
- Strong mechanical background and ability to read P&IDs, mechanical/electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of machining processes, power generation, or gas compression preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Project, Access)
- Ability to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and move frequently between office and shop floor
- Approximately 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing
- Exposure to varying temperatures and shop floor conditions
