Responsibilities include:
- Performing testing and auditing to ensure products meet company specifications
- Assisting with problem-solving related to product quality
- Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of effective solutions
- Following procedures and requirements to ensure food safety, quality, and GMP guidelines are followed
- Monitoring and collecting qualitative/quantitative data for all products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and conducting risk assessments
- Supporting technical communication within shift teams and cross-functional teams
- Investigating, testing, and collecting data to improve processes or product packaging
- Supporting technical, quality, and food safety projects as assigned
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in a laboratory quality assurance role (Food and Flavor OR Chemical)
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Comfortable with variability and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
