Quality Weld Inspector

- Conduct dimensional and weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with weld supervisors, leads, and welders to verify conformance
- Work with Senior CWI to develop and approve necessary weld documentation
- Perform weld audits and support continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification
- 2+ years of weld inspection experience
- Proficiency in reading weld symbols and blueprints
- Experience with D1.1 and Ground Combat Vehicle Welding codes for aluminum and steel
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as fillet gauges, calipers, and height gauges
- Positive attitude, strong integrity, and a customer-driven mindset
- Proficiency in GD&T a plus
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
