Full-Time | Onsite in Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid after ramp-up) | $65,000–$70,000

- Perform general ledger review and monthly closings
- Handle property expense allocations and financial reporting
- Prepare reserve requests, fee calculations, and compliance documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (Accounting Assistant or Bookkeeper acceptable)
- Experience in real estate or property accounting preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Yardi or similar software a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
