Pay: $100,000–$120,000/year
Location: 100% On-site | Monday–Friday, standard business hours

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned commercial real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience in driving real estate strategy and transactions across diverse asset types.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned commercial real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience in driving real estate strategy and transactions across diverse asset types.

- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Strong background in contract negotiation and closing complex CRE transactions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
