Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Director to oversee and manage our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing property portfolios, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and optimize the real estate portfolio.
- Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management activities.
- Lead negotiations for property transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage relationships with investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Proven track record in property acquisitions and portfolio management.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and financial analysis tools.
