- Taking charge of all inbound shipments in the warehouse
- Developing efficient processes for packing and stocking parts in the distribution center
- Managing and maintaining relationships with Carrier Companies in a timely manner
- Resolving vendor disputes and ensuring vendor relationships are maintained
- Strategically positioning the team to meet customer requirements
- Leading and directing a team of at least 20 direct reports, including the dock, bulk, and small pack teams
- Overseeing LTL and Export Shipping Functions
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Preferred experience with Transportation (but not required)
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with associates at all levels
- Strong business acumen
- Prior experience in distribution and/or receiving
- Ideally, a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree holder who is open to pursuing their Bachelor's degree or currently working towards it.
