Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, creating a professional and welcoming first impression
- Maintain and update client information within CRM systems and internal databases
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and communications
- Support office operations including mail, supplies, and overall organization
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience with document management systems and CRM platforms
- Highly polished, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset with an outgoing personality
