- Own the recruiting process—source, screen, and place top professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Drive outreach efforts through cold calls, strategic emails, and relationship-building.
- Leverage social media & networking to engage talent and build a strong pipeline.
- Create in-depth candidate profiles to ensure the best match for our client needs.
- Coach candidates through interviews, helping them land career-defining roles.
