Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source candidates.
  • Coordinate college career fairs and manage job postings.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage HR onboarding.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Lead annual healthcare open enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and benefits enrollments using ADP.
  • Administer HR policies and address employee relations issues.
  • Manage Unemployment Insurance and Workers Comp.
  • Stay current with HR trends and collaborate with legal resources.
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Technical/engineering/manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
  • Desire to transition into a broader HR role.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with college career fair administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and The Predictive Index assessment is advantageous.
  • Prior HR onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management experience valued.
  • Knowledge of compliance reporting (ACA, COBRA, FMLA/STD).
  • ADP reporting and benefits enrollment experience beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Unemployment Insurance and Workers Comp is a plus.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and regulatory changes.
