Engineering/Technical Recruiter
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a knack for sales and recruitment? trak group is seeking a motivated Engineering/Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key player in our agency, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and matching top engineering and technical talent to various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire engineering and technical positions.
- Utilize various social media platforms to attract and engage top technical talent.
- Create comprehensive candidate profiles to facilitate successful matches with client orders.
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events, both in-office and external, specifically targeting technical talent.
- Assist candidates in realizing their interview and career potential within engineering and technical fields.
- Conduct cold calls to potential technical candidates.
- Craft and send recruiting emails to potential technical candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines to meet the technical needs of our clients.
- Network effectively to expand the technical candidate pool.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date technical candidate database.
- Identify qualified technical candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine technical position requirements.
