Responsibilities include:
  • Achieve KPIs by sourcing 125 candidates/month through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sources, with a goal of filling roles within 30 days.
  • Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to gather all details of the job requisitions.
  • Assist with job postings and advertising for roles.
  • Screen applicants and select qualified candidates to move to the next phase of the hiring process.
  • Meet with all leaders to understand their talent needs.
  • Support recruitment efforts for various departments including sales, supply chain, product development, and more.
  • Lead recruitment efforts through job fairs, social media, and other channels to attract potential candidates.
  • Manage a requisition load of 25-40 roles at a time.

What you need to succeed:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • Experience working with managers, negotiating offers, and managing candidate/hiring manager relationships.
