- Support a high-volume recruiting team with 24 open requisitions and a goal of achieving 8 new hires per month.
- Efficiently schedule interviews, coordinating with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Take ownership of recruiting data, ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist recruiters with intake calls and potentially conduct initial phone screens for technically oriented positions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to immigration, such as organizing necessary attachments in employee files.
- Serve as a backup for the front desk coordinator.
- Utilize your strong administrative skills to keep pace with the rapid growth of the sales team and recruiting needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook, particularly in calendar management and interview scheduling.
- Excel at managing the details of a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a similar environment.
- Strong administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organization.
- Technically proficient with Outlook, specifically in calendar management and setting interviews for hiring managers.
- Adaptability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
