Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Achieve sales goals for new products and services.
  • Expand customer base in the Midwest region.
  • Provide technical support for precision spindle and slide design proposals.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM, Zoominfo, and other tools for account management.
  • Manage a territory of accounts, acting as a primary contact.

What you need to succeed:
  • Technical/Industrial sales experience in the region.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing; engineering background not necessary.
  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience selling machine tool components or related products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to visit customer facilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of precision machinery, electronics, motors, drives, and control systems.
  • Technical proficiency in metal cutting machine control system integration, spindle design, and project management.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
