Registered Nurse – Nights
Location: West Chester, OH (100% onsite)
trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health facility to find a compassionate, high-energy Registered Nurse for their night shift team. - Deliver psychiatric and general nursing care in an adult inpatient unit
- Float to adolescent unit (12 beds) during high census or emergencies
- Coordinate patient care plans, monitor treatment responses, and administer medication
- Serve as a patient advocate, promoting safety, respect, and dignity
- Follow medical orders and ensure accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a team to maintain a therapeutic and stable care environment
- Active RN license in good standing
- Desire to work in mental health and serve vulnerable communities
- Comfortable working with adolescents as needed
- High energy and a calm, caring approach to crisis and recovery
- Behavioral health or med-surg experience preferred (not required)
- Schedule:
• 3 nights/week, Monday–Thursday (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Rotating weekends every 3rd week (Friday–Sunday)
• Holidays rotate every other year - Pay:
• $38–$45/hour based on experience
