Shift: Night Shift
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for the night shift at our facility located in West Chester, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a night shift role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a specialized area such as critical care, emergency room, or pediatrics.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
