Key Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy to residents
- Develop treatment and transition plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Conduct assessments of potential residents and participate in crisis interventions
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards using advanced AI software for efficient notetaking
- Serve as an advocate for clients within the residence and the community
- Collaborate with fellow staff to effectively meet clients' needs
- Manage a small caseload and provide direct support to clients
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current licensure (LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LSW, LCAC) or ability to obtain a temporary license within 45 days of hire
- Knowledge of behavioral health and addiction treatment best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working on-site, with both male and female patients
- Empathy and a passion for serving individuals with serious mental health and substance use disorders
- Willingness to work independently and manage time effectively
- Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm OR 9 am - 5 pmÂ
- Extensive training and support for new graduates
- Licensure, exam, and renewal fees covered
