Quality Assurance
We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support quality improvement efforts within a preschool system, ensuring that early childhood education programs meet high standards. This mostly remote role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated, mission-driven team.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support quality improvement efforts within a preschool system, ensuring that early childhood education programs meet high standards. This mostly remote role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated, mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation
- Guide coaches through processes to determine qualification for funding
- Provide recommendations for improvements and oversee planning for multiple sites
- Ensure coaches visit sites as scheduled
- Review reports and make informed suggestions for improving quality
- Provide customer service support to preschool providers as needed
- Experience with Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) – CAA, United Way, 4C for Children, or similar programs
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Some experience in customer care and interaction with early childhood education programs
- Mission-Driven Impact: Work with an organization focused on improving access to quality preschool education
- Remote Flexibility: Mostly remote, with occasional in-office days
- Small, Close-Knit Team: Be a key player in a small team making a meaningful impact
