Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage safety systems, processes, and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
- Track, analyze, and report on key safety metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and manage compliance-related documentation, including OSHA logs, safety observations, and audit records.
- Design and deliver training programs to meet internal and customer safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits across multiple facilities, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Build a safety-first culture that engages employees at all levels.
- Stay informed on evolving safety standards to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Partner with safety suppliers to manage relationships and ensure quality service.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Ability to travel regularly to multiple locations, including Dayton, Michigan, and occasionally Indianapolis.
