Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Engineer/Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting technical specifications and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide post-sale support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
