trak group is hiring a Sales Executive to support business development and client growth for a collaborative, fast-moving organization. This role is ideal for someone with staffing or recruiting sales experience who enjoys building relationships, understanding hiring challenges, and delivering solutions that truly help clients succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop relationships with target customers to close new business
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client hiring needs and workforce strategies
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to learn their business, culture, and staffing goals
- Partner with marketing to align on campaign strategy and outreach efforts
- Execute sales strategies that encourage adoption of the company’s software and solutions
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Partner with client HR teams throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
- Qualify opportunities and align solutions with fulfillment capabilities
- Develop strong technical knowledge of the platform and services offered
- Use HubSpot to manage pipeline activity, client details, and sales progress
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and support overall team success
Requirements:
- Sales experience required;staffing or recruiting agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable meeting with clients and presenting solutions
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM tools;HubSpot preferred
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
