Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at our Cincinnati location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales department, developing strategies to increase revenue, and managing a team of sales representatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
