- Manage daily customer accounts, providing top-notch service and support.
- Accurately prepare price quotations for a diverse range of products.
- Review incoming orders to ensure technical specifications, pricing, and delivery are in order.
- Conduct in-person meetings with Maintenance, Engineering, and Purchasing personnel to enhance product performance and drive new sales.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to communicate customer specifications for new or modified products.
- Develop and execute strategies, in collaboration with Sales Management, to boost sales performance with each customer.
- Forecast sales expectations for assigned customers and track progress.
- Prepare comprehensive activity reports for submission to management.
- A 4-year degree in Engineering or Business, with a preference for candidates with an engineering or technical background (higher salary potential).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to a comprehensive product catalog (full ramp-up expected within 1 year).
- Willingness to travel overnight a few days each month (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
