Sales Support SpecialistÂ
trak group is working with a growing and well-established organization to find a Sales Support Specialist to assist with CRM management, data analysis, and sales team coordination. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Enter and manage sample requests, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and data insights for sales leadership.
- Research and import lead databases to generate potential sales opportunities.
- Assist Technical Sales Representatives with customer inquiries and support.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate contact and account information.
- Assist in regional trade show preparation, including promotional materials and post-event follow-up.
- Support sales meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and maintaining schedules.
- Answer sales-related phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses.
What You Bring
- Tech-savvy mindset – proficiency in Excel, CRM software (Salesforce or eChempax preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to build reports, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills – confidence in working with internal teams and external customers at all levels.
- Organized and detail-oriented – ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of office experience preferred.
