- $50,000–$75,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities
- Carry a small caseload (up to 6, averaging 5) of youth and their families.
- Deliver therapy using the MST model in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with families, key stakeholders, and a highly available supervisor.
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations to refine skills and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Complete documentation promptly and maintain compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Provide on-call support one week every four weeks, covering four counties (Erie, Huron, Sandusky, and Ottawa).
Qualifications
- Current LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher licensure in Ohio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in counseling youth and families, with expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, or behaviorally-based treatments preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
