- Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and group interventions in a school-based setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and internal/external providers to create a holistic approach to student success.
- Complete necessary documentation, update treatment plans, and ensure compliance with therapy standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active LSW or LPC licensure in good standing.
- Experience (including internship experience) providing therapy for children with emotional or behavioral challenges.
- A passion for working with children and a collaborative mindset.
