Job Description:
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks during our peak seasons. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in data entry and management of databases.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
