Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closings, reporting, and fiscal accountability.
- Oversee fund and grant accounting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Lead audits, tax filings, and reporting for government agencies.
- Enhance internal controls, processes, and systems for improved efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in fund accounting and grant management.
- Background in behavioral health or healthcare finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Familiarity with Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar systems.
- CPA certification.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
