- Perform month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Analyze cost accounting and inventory functions to support financial decision-making.
- Assist with profit and loss reporting, tax compliance, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial reports and insights to leadership, supporting business strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and local financial requirements to ensure compliance.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, cost analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
