- Be at the forefront of defining the role and determining the most essential workstreams
- Utilize your expertise in data visualization and workflow design to bring data mining, machine learning, and statistical techniques to life on a commercial scale
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making by developing robust, user-friendly analytical solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end data solutions using advanced visualization tools
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and data leaders to ensure the availability and scalability of critical data systems
- Engage with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in data analytics
- Automate manual decision support and data workflows to drive innovation and improve business performance
- Apply and expand your skills in product innovation, data engineering, and analytics
- Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on driving insights and supporting decision-making processes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and organizations
- A passion for learning and applying emerging trends and technologies in data and analytics
- 7+ years of full-time experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
- Proficiency in Python and experience in statistical problem-solving is a plus
- Excel skills are an added advantage
