Responsibilities include:
- Providing financial guidance to a multi-functional leadership team.
- Assisting with strategic finance decisions for various departments.
- Partnering with brand leaders to drive key finance initiatives.
- Supporting the integration of acquisitions into their system (D365).
- Identifying trends and developments in competitive environments.
- Calculating and managing operational and functional expenditure budgets to ensure cost containment.
- Manipulating and cleaning data to support manufacturing-driven operations.
- Managing financial aspects of projects, including POC, project revenue, and cost recognition methods.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Expertise in POC, project revenue, and cost recognition methods.
- Proven success in a work-from-home environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and developments in competitive environments.
- Experience in manufacturing-driven roles, with the ability to manipulate and clean data effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to provide hands-off financial guidance and support.
