- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (ABET accredited).
- 10+ years of mechanical design experience in structures, power transmission, hydraulics, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and familiarity with PDM/PLM systems.
- Experience with mobile equipment, automotive, or agricultural industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on mechanical expertise.
