Are you ready to take ownership and gain exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic role? Join us as a Senior Salesforce Engineer, where you’ll drive key projects, enjoy great benefits, and have ample opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of employees and contractors, including an offshore team of 4 handling helpdesk tickets.
- Engage with business partners responsible for the IT side to ensure alignment and consolidation of needs.
- Oversee development, system integrations, and programming tasks.
- Work closely with the business to understand their needs, present solutions to leadership, and ensure benefits are clearly communicated.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of Salesforce, including API integrations.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business leaders’ requirements.
What you need to succeed:
- Degree required.
- 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.
- Relevant certifications such as Platform Developer, App Builder, Lightning Design, and Data.
- Strong ability to prioritize and understand urgent business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present to and work with leadership.
