trak group is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support executive-level hiring across critical leadership functions. This role is ideal for an experienced executive recruiter who brings strong business acumen, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes searches end to end. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership while delivering a discreet, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEOs, CHROs, and senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategy
- Lead full-cycle executive searches, including sourcing, outreach, screening, assessment, shortlisting, and offer negotiation
- Provide market insight on compensation trends, competitor talent mapping, and leadership availability
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines across multiple business functions
- Deliver a high-touch, confidential candidate and stakeholder experience
- Represent the organization’s value proposition to senior-level talent
- Manage search timelines, deliverables, scorecards, and ongoing communication
- Advise leadership on succession planning, organizational design, and executive workforce planning
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and high-impact information
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, executive search, or senior-level talent acquisition
- Proven success placing VP and C-suite leaders across multiple industries or disciplines
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Advanced sourcing, research, behavioral interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
