Senior Technician, Facilities
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Full-time
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Manufacturing team.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage tasks independently
Capable of coaching, assisting, and providing direction to others
Works effectively both independently and within a team environment
Skilled in using basic and specialized tools relevant to the role
Adaptable to non-routine assignments and shifting priorities
Highly organized with strong productivity and follow-through
Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established procedures
Experienced in directing contractors and engaging professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness
Maintains a positive, professional, and empathetic approach
Strong time management skills with focus on business-critical priorities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot with guidance
Committed to continuous learning and ongoing professional development
Ability to safely use hands to operate tools, equipment, and controls
Capable of climbing stairs and ladders, as well as bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs as needed
Comfortable remaining stationary for extended periods
Willing and able to travel between multiple facilities
Proficient in operating standard office equipment and computers
Available to work onsite during regular business hours unless otherwise approved
